| Judges are looking for an individual or team who have best demonstrated how a creative marketing/ promotional campaign can be used to forward their business significantly. Entries should include examples of the campaign (min. of 3 visuals) and include an explanation of the thought behind it, and evidence of its success. |

This category attempts to identify companies who have created or adapted their working practices to conserve resources and maximise efforts to enhance green values. Written evidence to support your application along with pictures if possible. Examples and testimonials would also help the entry. |

Judges choosing the winner of our blue riband award are looking for a clear business plan and achievement of stated business objectives. An understanding of the market and how the company meets the needs of its customers must be shown (evidence of training and development of the workforce, and then understanding and commitment of staff of all levels towards the business vision, are key criteria). Judges will also take account of a positive commitment to the local community. |
